The Arrival
Your entrance to the island is determined entirely by your chosen tier. Each arrival method is engineered to place you in a specific psychological and strategic position from the first moment. There is no orientation. There is no welcome. There is only what you do next.
The Island
The island is ungoverned, remote, and beyond the reach of any legal structure. What emerges — alliances, hierarchies, conflict, cooperation — is determined entirely by the people on it. Your tier determines your starting position. Everything after that is yours.
Tier I
The Incident

You board a private aircraft configured as a commercial flight. The cabin is populated with other Incident-tier guests — strangers, each with their own agenda, each having made the same transfer. Over the atoll, the aircraft executes a controlled crash sequence. Survival of the initial impact is your first true test of autonomy.
The crash is engineered for maximum psychological impact and controlled physical risk. All other passengers are fellow guest and the flight is 100% automated.
What you carry from the wreckage is what you had on your person at the moment of impact. No provisions are pre-positioned. No map is provided. The island and its inhabitants — including guests from other tiers who arrived before or after you — are yours to navigate.
The Incident is the entry point. It is also, for many of our clients, the most honest moment of their lives. The question it asks is simple: when everything is stripped away, who are you?

The Spawn is the purist experience. No cinematic entrance, no shared cohort, no dramatic arrival sequence. Just you, a beach, and the full weight of what you have chosen. The isolation of the first hours is absolute.
The covert transport is medically supervised and entirely safe. The disorientation upon waking is real. This is not a simulation of vulnerability — it is vulnerability, chosen deliberately by someone who has spent a lifetime insulated from it.
Spawn-tier guests arrive without knowledge of where other guests are located on the island. The first encounter — whether with an Incident survivor, another Spawn guest, or an Operator — is unscripted, unmediated, and entirely consequential.

The Operator

You arrive via a high-end tactical beach landing — a private, precision operation that deposits you on the island with a specialised personal crate of advanced provisions. From the first moment, you are positioned to dominate resources, establish territory, or lead emerging island factions.
The provisions crate is curated to your specification in advance of arrival. Its contents are known only to you. The tactical landing is executed with the precision of a special forces insertion — because that is, functionally, what it is.
Operator-tier guests arrive with full situational awareness of the island's geography. You will know the approximate locations of other arrival zones. You will not know who is already there, what they have, or what they intend.
The Operator position is not a guarantee of dominance. It is a starting advantage — the same kind of starting advantage you have leveraged your entire career. What you do with it is, as always, entirely up to you.
