Investor Relations
The Last Untapped Market.
Fatal Holidays is not seeking broad investment. We are seeking a small number of aligned capital partners who understand that the most significant opportunities are always the ones that cannot yet be discussed in public.
The Market Thesis
A $400 trillion wealth transfer. One unaddressed need.
The global ultra-high-net-worth population — individuals with net assets exceeding $30 million — currently stands at approximately 395,000 people worldwide, controlling an estimated $45 trillion in combined wealth. This cohort is growing at 6.3% annually, outpacing every other demographic segment on earth.
The end-of-life services market is a $150 billion global industry. It is also, without exception, designed for the median consumer. There is no premium tier. There is no sovereign option. The wealthiest individuals on earth are being offered the same product as everyone else at the moment that matters most.
Fatal Holidays exists to correct this. We are the first and only company operating in the ultra-luxury end-of-life experience category — a category we created, and which we intend to define.
The Business Model
Three tiers. One destination. Extraordinary unit economics.
Our revenue model is structurally unlike any other in the experience economy. Each client transaction involves the liquidation and offshore transfer of a fixed portion of net worth — $2.5M, $15M, or $100M depending on tier. This is not a service fee. It is a capital transfer event, creating a revenue profile with no comparable precedent in the luxury sector.
Operating costs are fixed and island-based. Marginal cost per additional client is negligible. The business is, by design, capacity-constrained — which creates natural scarcity, pricing power, and a waiting list dynamic that conventional luxury brands spend decades attempting to manufacture.
We are not building a business that scales through volume. We are building one that scales through price — and the ceiling on price, in this category, is determined only by the net worth of the individual standing in front of us.

A Note on Discretion
We do not publish investor materials publicly. We do not maintain a conventional investor relations function. If you are reading this, you were directed here by someone who believed you were the right kind of partner. We ask that you treat this information with the same discretion you would expect us to apply to your own affairs.
If you are the right partner, you will already know it.
We are not seeking capital at any price. We are seeking partners who understand that the most significant returns in history have always come from the opportunities that could not yet be explained to a committee.
